Dear @Model.ContactFirstName,
Thank you for agreeing to be a BIS Contact
Person. This role is important in helping new staff members understand how the
BIS works. To ensure a new staff member's successful integration, our goal is to
provide the new starter with a welcoming environment and a “safe” place to ask
questions, seek advice and learn about our culture.
As discussed, the new staff
member you'll be assisting is @Model.NSFirstName @Model.NSLastName. Their official start date is @Model.ArrivalDate. During the new starter's first 90 days of joining the BIS, please meet with them once a week (if possible). Your role is to offer advice and guidance, and to facilitate a smooth transition into the BIS.
Your responsibilities include:
Tips on being a BIS Contact Person:
Please contact @Model.NSFirstName @Model.NSLastName during their first week and set up a schedule to meet weekly for the next 12 weeks.
By sharing your knowledge and experience, you will make @Model.NSFirstName @Model.NSLastName feel welcome
and part of the BIS family. Please contact me or Human Resources with any questions you might have regarding this programme.
Thank you again.
